Planning Package starts at $4,800.00

Northern California Wedding Planning Package. Gathering all the important information to build a custom, detailed wedding plan that covers everything that will happen on your wedding day starts with an initial intake meeting with you and your planning team. You will have my guidance and resources of preferred vendors for Catering, Rentals, Transportation, Flowers, Music, Decor & Theme. I will handle communication with vendors about day of timelines and load in/load out guidelines. I will help you create the best use of space for your chosen venue and make suggestions for a smooth event timeline. I will support you in decision making and help you create the wedding you are dreaming of. My services outline below is a general guideline of what is covered. Planning outside of what is detailed below will be billed at my contract rate of 75.00 per hour. Design and printing services are provided at my contract rate plus any costs of printing.
