Planning Packages are custom designed based on your needs as a couple. How much planning support you need will depend on a number of factors. Do you want to do most of the legwork and bring me in the last two months to pull it all together and take the reins? Do you need someone to act on your behalf, find all your vendors and design your wedding? Amiee D'maris Weddings in Northern California works with high quality vendors that will be reliable and give you a product of value. 

We start with gathering a detailed wedding plan that covers everything that will happen on your wedding day starting with an initial intake meeting. After the initial meeting we will set up weekly calls to go over all deliverables, make vendor decisions and keep your wedding plan on track. You will have my guidance and resources of preferred vendors for Catering, Rentals, Transportation, Flowers, Music, Décor & Theme. I will handle communication with vendors about day of timelines and load in/load out guidelines. I will help you create the best use of space for your chosen venue and make suggestions for a smooth event timeline. I will support you in decision making and help you create the wedding you are dreaming of. 

One of the ways I support your  vision is by creating design boards of inspiration that we can use to direct decisions on décor. The design boards featured here are from a wedding for the fall of 2024. I took the inspiration from the bride's Pinterest board, and in particular a photo she found of bows and candles, and we used that photo to inspire the rest of the look. After our rental consultation appointment at Encore Event Rentals in Napa (great showroom!) where the bride was able to play around with different place settings, we arrived at this look for her wedding tables.
